Symptoms



Attachments are not being retrieved

When trying to display an attachment in Procurement Contracts an error message is displayed:

verified the attachment in question exists on the attachment server.



Attachment failed to download. File not found.



Replication steps:
1) open a contract that has an attachment
2) go to contract comments, click on "View" button next to attachment name.

Due to this issue, users cannot View attachments on Procurement contracts .
