ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When setting up HCM PUM 28 on both Linux Red Hat (RH) 6 without Samba installed, it allowed a successful installation, but when doing the same on Linux RH 7 without Samba, it failed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When setting up HCM PUM 28 on both Linux Red Hat 6 and 7 without Samba installed, the behavior of DPK should be consistent between the two Linux RH versions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ensure that no Samba is installed on Linux RH 6 or 7
2. Download and setup HCM PUM 28 on each machine
