GPAUS: End User Able To Save Bank Account Without Branch ID

User was able to save a new Bank Account without the Branch ID causing the pay file to fail.
After saving the user cannot go back and put in the branch ID as the field is no longer there.
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Fluid Bank Account Tile
2.Provide all the the Bank Details EXCEPT Branch ID and save
3.Later Run the GPAU_EFT_CMX (Fund Transfer - Elec Cemtex) process ran to No Success.
