Symptoms

On : 8.57 version, PeopleSoft Update Manager

When running SetupPTClient.bat from FSCM PUM 30, the following failure occurred:

IndexError: list index out of range

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup FSCM PUM 30
2. Run SetupPTClient.bat
