GPES: Error Retrieving Economical Data When Absence In The Rehire Month (Doc ID 2486898.1)

Symptoms

Absence Event ESP component shows an error when we try to retrieve economical data for employees terminated and rehired that have absence in the rehire month. Error just happen when CLI VR MET CLC BRD=2

While fetching the value of an array element, the index was not within the length of the array.
