GP CHE: CAF And RAFam: Standard Element CH_CA_03 Missing. Wrongly Reported To RAFam For Same Cases (Doc ID 2486977.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 23, 2019

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Switzerland - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 9.2 version, Reporting

CAF and RAFam : Standard element CH_CA_03 missing, wrong reporting to RAFam for same case.

The actual PS version does not include a standard element for the differential of birth allowance.

There is no field on the « Define Family Allow Data CHE » screen which would allow to enter the correct amount and then trigger this standard element (it should be CH_CA_03).

However for the RAFam Report there are two major problems :
1.) The Rafam report mentions a wrong type 01 with the full amount of the normal birth allowance.
2.) It is not possible to avoid this incorrect reporting by using the known elements in the « Define Family Allow Data CHE » screen (set factor to 0 or set Fract. Child allowance to 0.001)
