Slow Performance When Managers Attempt to Submit Absence Request for Employee (Doc ID 2486992.1)

Delays are observed when a manager selects one of his employees from the Absence Request Direct Reports grid.
However, the page should take about the same time to load when a manager is submitting an Absence Request for an employee as when the employee is submitting the Absence Request for themselves.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Manager Self Service Homepage > Team Time
2. Note there's a significant delay in the loading of the Absence Request page
3. Select an employee from the Direct Reports grid and click 'Continue'
4. Note there is further delay loading the Absence Request
