Duplicate EmplIDs in ID Prompt Lookup in Quick Enrollment (Doc ID 2488683.1)

Symptoms

On : 9 version, Student Records Enrollment

Clicking on the ID prompt lookup button from the Quick Enrollment, Add a new Value page, the results are returning duplicate rows for the same student. 
Same issue exists for all enrollment components where the STDNT_SRCH record is used. This record is designed to find all instances of a STDNT_CAREER. The result is that if a Person has more than one academic career record then duplicate rows will return in the ID prompt lookup results.

 

WHAT IS WORKING

User is able to enter an EmplID if they know it and proceed with the transaction.  

 STEPS 
--------------- 
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps: 
1. Navigate to the Add a New Value page for the Quick Enrollment component. 
2. Click on the prompt lookup icon next to the ID field. 
3. Enter the last name of a person you know exists. 
4. Click Search.
