RTV Not Closed Due To Express Issue Is Not From The Same Lot

Information in this document applies to any platform.
RTV not closed due to Express Issue is not from the same lot and it's done from the other Lots at the different time. SHIP quantity is not updated in RTV.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Created an Lot controlled item.
Item Setup -
2.Added Item to BU = UXX10
3.Created a PO for the Qty -2880 and dispatch
4.Created Lot IDs to replicate the issue -
6.Entered Putaway information as shown.
Qty 2800 assigned to LOT1
Qty 80 assigned to LOT2
Interface Receipt to Inventory
Receipt ID - 0000000131
7.Check Item availability
8.Creating RTV With Receipt # 0000000131& Line # 1
9.Click on Receipt details icon and see Lot ID assigned to LOT1
10.Inventory process set to Manual
11.Returned Qty entered as 2800
RTV ID - 0000000008
13.Go to Inventory > FullFill Stock Orders > Stock Requests > Express Issue
14.Create Express Issue for RTV #0000000008 Quantity 2750 against LOT1
Order ID -MSR0000034
15.Create Express Issue for RTV # 0000000008 Quantity 50 against LOT2
Order ID -MSR0000035
16.Checked Shipping issues status for the both order ID
17.Ran Deplete on Hand qty process
18.Fulfiillment status changes to Depleted for both the order IDs
19.Inquire Item availability > Quantities depleted properly
20.RTV is still open. And on RTV LINE the ship Quantity is not updated.
RTV line and distribution ship quantity isn’t updated. So RTV is not closed.
