E-PRCS: "ORA-01017 login denied" Error Seen When Starting Process Scheduler. (Doc ID 2489664.1)

While starting the process scheduler you could see below errors. These error from the scheduler logs or the PSAESRV logs are seen when the user ID starting the process scheduler do not have access to log into the database to update the entries.
