Goal
Q1:Need to disable some features like "Request Paid Leave of Absence", however features like Terminate, Retire etc share the same menu (EL_MANAGER_FL) and component(HR_MSS_CT_FL).
How to stop people accessing 'Request Paid Leave of Absence' menu item?
Q2:Inactivating the 'Request Paid Leave of Absence' Transaction does not remove it from the related actions or Navigator menu.
Is there a way to remove it from the Related Actions and Navigator without impacting other transactions?
