Symptoms

When an employee attempts a Life Event (custom) to add or delete a dependent, no event is open for election when he/she accesses the Benefit Enrollment step.

STEPS

1. Employee creates and processes a custom Life Event to add or delete a dependent (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Life Event).
