Fluid Direct Connect Punchout Frame Does Not Cover Entire Page

Symptoms
ePro fluid punchout iFrame much smaller than classic.
When using the classic ePro page to punchout out to supplier the punchout page is fullscreen. When punching out from the fluid tile, the punchout page is half the size.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Fluid Web Supplier tab
2. Click on the Supplier link
3. The Supplier site open ups in a Frame.
The frame does not completely utilize the page and the bottom part of the page is blank.
