Symptoms
After applying Tax Updates SQRs are failing, the log file specifies the line number, the error '(SQR 2001) Could not find procedure:', and the procedure name.
Example:
Error on line 3565:
(SQR 2001) Could not find procedure: 'create-taxes-xml-data-us'.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Apply a new Tax Update or Patch with an SQR as part of the patch where an SQC is out of date or missing
2. Run the new SQR
3. Error appears in the Log file for the SQR
