Symptoms

When Benefits Administration prepares the options on an event, the employee’s age is being determined based on Event Date rather than being based on the Check Date as specified in the Calculation Rule.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Run Automated Event Processing (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Automated Event Processing).
2. Check the cost for the plan on the Employee Event Detail (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Review Processing Results > Employee Event Details).
