On : 9 version, Campus Community Common Utilities

After applying CS 9 Bundle 51, when attempting to load ACT test score data, we are getting the error "Incorrect Field Format: Country Code of Home".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Campus Community > Constituent Transaction Mgmt > Transaction Management Process
2. Run the process.
