EGL9.2: Multiple Delete Journal Lines Option In The Spreadsheet Journal Sheet (JRNL1_WS) Deletes Rows Incorrectly (Doc ID 2491076.1)

Symptoms

 Issue:
--------
Multiple Delete Journal Lines Option In The Spreadsheet Journal Template(JRNL1_WS) deletes the rows incorrectly.

Steps To Replicate:
----------------------
1. Provide the Set ups And Defaults by clicking on the Setups & Defaults button.
2. Create a new sheet.
3. Add a Journal Header by default and click + icon to add a journal line.
4. Use delete multiple lines function to delete Line 1.
5. Use insert multiple lines function to add 3 lines.
6. Use delete multiple lines function to delete Line 2 and Line 3.
7. Try to add the journal lines by clicking on the + button

Actual Behavior:
-------------------
In Step 6, after clicking Delete button, all 3 lines were deleted together.
In Step 7, An error message pops up when click + button.

Expected Behavior:
---------------------
The Delete button should delete only the intended number of rows.
By clicking on the + button, the customer should be able to add the rows.
