PDF of the XML Transcript not Generating on Request Transcript Component (Doc ID 2491803.1)

On : 9.2 version, Transcripts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Transcript in PDF not Accessible

In classic and fluid self service and on the Request Transcript component, the PDF of the xml transcript is not being generated.

Batch transcripts run via the Process Transcripts component are producing the PDF file in report manager.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the PDF to display.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Campus Solution 9.2 as a student.
2. Go to Fluid Tile > Academic Records
3. Click On Unofficial Transcript link.
4. Select a report type and submit a transcript request.
5. Click on 'View All Requested Reports' tab and select the newly generated official transcript.
6. Press 'View Report' button and nothing happens.
