Symptoms
On Campus Solutions 9.0 and 9.2 environments, Tuition Calculation is not calculating fees for the student. The student is in one career (Career A) and is enrolled in two different academic programs for the term. Each academic program has a unique career number in the term. The student is term activated in the Career A with primary program Program A. A Term fee specific to Program A was assessed when the student was enrolled in Program A only. After the second academic program, Program B, was matriculated, the term fee was reversed.
The trigger criteria on the Term Fee is created using the Valid Field/Valid Record values.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A Term Fee specific to Program A is not being calculated after the student is matriculated in a different academic program in the same career.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Program A term fee should continue to be assessed and posted to the student account. The student is active in the Career and Academic program required for the term fee.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Student Financials, Tuition and Fees, Tuition Calculation;
2. Select the dual career student;
3. Click the Calculate Tuition and Fees button.
