Last updated on FEBRUARY 08, 2019

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise PT PeopleTools - Version 8.56 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After OS upgrade, linking Cobols errors out. Compile runs successfully.

Customer has 17 other environments on Solaris 1..4 and they're all failing on linking Cobols. No problem with compiling. Issue with linking started as soon as they migrated to 11.4 Solaris - it was working prior to upgrade from Solaris 11.3.
