Symptoms
ELM Mass Enrollment (AE LM_MASS_ENRL) Process is not enrolling Learners that are in the Learner Group and process remains in run status 'Processing', and then, changes to run status 'Cancelled'.
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Main Menu >Enterprise Learning > Learner Tasks > Enroll Learners.
3. {click search and find a Requester}
4. {click on Search button to find Activity}
5. {click} on Enroll button for any activity.
6. In the Learn Search Details section, {enter the specific Learner Group} and {click}
7. On the Group Enrollment Warning page, {click} Schedule Mass Enrollment button
8. On Payment Details, {enter} Request name and {click} Continue button
9. On Payment Details, review the payment information and {click} Submit Enrollment button.
10. Then, navigate to Main Menu >Enterprise Learning > Mass Enrollments > Process Mass Enrollment
