From the Academic Progress Fluid tile, the Expected Graduation Term is showing a program/plan from a completed program. The student has a new active program that does not have the Expected Graduation term populated.

This is pulled from table view SAA_EXP_GTRM_VW, which is a view of the last effective dated row for all student programs and the program setup table to determine if the program is an active one. The page queries for the last effective dated row on all the student’s programs for the current career. It then displays the expected graduation term of the first program it pulls back.

There’s no check as to whether the program is still active. If you have multiple programs, it also doesn’t sort programs by expected grad term to pull the earliest or latest term, just the first one it gets back.
