On : 9 version, Academic Advisement Report

When attempting to view and academic advising report, user receives a proxy authentication error message.

Proxy Error. The request could not be processed. An invalid response was received by the proxy...server.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Home > Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report
2. Add EMPLID and select search for a previously-run report
3. Select View Report link
