Customer is getting locks on table PSPRSMNAVINFO while deploying index for PTPORTALREGISTRY  
All other definitions have been deployed successfully.

STEPS
==========
1. Login in to PIA
2. Go to PeopleTools--->Search framework --->Administration ---> Schedule Search Index
3. add a new value using the index name
4. default Search Instance and Search definition using the index, indexing type Full index, language option All languages
5. click run
