Symptoms
On : 8.56 Tools Version, 9.2 Application Version
Using the getFile() function in an application engine, when running it in 3-tier mode, the latin accented characters and/or German umlauts etc. appear as "?"(question marks)
For example "chývez" appear "ch?vez" after file imported
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run an AE with getFile() function
2. See output in PIA page
