EEX9.2: Not Able To Save Bank Details By Not Completing IBAN For India And US (Doc ID 2494358.1)

Symptoms

User is not able to save Bank Accounts details for India and US if IBAN is not entered. For India and US IBAN is not a mandatory information.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu->Travel and Expenses-> Manage Employee Information-> Update Profile
2. Enter Bank Accounts details

Error
IBAN ID is required for default bank account of current payment method (10504,963)
Click Bank account icon of the default bank account to view details.
