Symptoms
Retirement and Termination COBRA Events process to a "Not COBRA Qualified" Status when the employee's Date Entitled to Medicare is earlier than that of the COBRA Event Date.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run the Qualify Event/Proc Enrollment process (Navigation: Benefits > Administer COBRA Benefits > Manage Automated Participation > Qualify Event/Proc Enrollment) to prepare the COBRA Events for the .
termination of an employee with an earlier Date Entitled to Medicare (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical > Update Person Detail).
2. Check the Qualification Status for the employees' Events on Update COBRA Event Status (Navigation: Benefits > Administer COBRA Benefits > Manage Automated Participant > Update COBRA Event Status).
