Symptoms

On : 8.56 version, Change Assistant

When attempting to connect to the target database in  PeopleTools 8.53 using CA
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Fail to test User ID/Password. Invalid User ID and password for signon.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the  Target database in CA for PeopleTools only upgrade
2. Test the connection
