Can't Edit then Re-submit a Requisition that's been Denied from the Requisition Fluid Page

When creating a new ePro requisition, submit it for approval, and the approver sign in and deny the requisition then the requester goes to "my Requisition" tile in fluid to view the requisition,there is no way to edit the requisition to resubmit it again, this option is only available in classic.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new ePro requisition and submit it for approval.
2. Sign in as approver and deny the requisition.
3. As a requester try to edit the requisition from "my requisition" tile in fluid.
4. There is no option to do so.
