ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
LAST_UPDATE_DTTM field in PS_SCC_TM_PTAILIST is not updated when the last updated date/time changes. The field is not changing, even when the To Do is completed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Last Update Dttm must change whenever there is any changes with the To Do List tasks.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Tasks which will appear on Campus Community->Student Center, To Do list.
2. Complete that tasks.
3. Now query the table PS_SCC_TM_PTAILIST and check the LAST_UPDATE_DTTM field.
