Box 7 Of 1098-T Checked for Students Not Enrolled in a Future Term

Symptoms
On Campus Solutions 9.2 , Box 7 "future period" check box is turned on for students who are not enrolled in a future period.
We expect the box to only be turned on when the student is enrolled in a class that begins between Jan 1 and March 31.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Student Financials > Taxes > Generate 1098T
