Symptoms
After upgrade, Global Payroll ends with the following error:
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Upgrade HCM from 9.1 to P.2 on PUM 24.
2. Go to Process Scheduler and run GPPDPRUN process. It ends in error with the above error.
