E-Portal: Activity Guide Loads The Banner But Not The Transaction Body after migration (Doc ID 2495360.1)

On PeopleTools 8.56

The Activity guide loads the banner but not the transaction body.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Migrate Activity Guide
  2. Login as any manager (have direct-reports).
  3. Navigate either via the My Team tile, or via the navigator to any MSS transaction, e.g. Manager Self Service > Job and Personal > Request Location Change.
  4. Select an employee for the transaction, and then the issue occurs (header loads, rest of page is blank

This behavior can be replicated with other activity guides as well.
