EPY: Oregon Transit Tax Not Correct When Negative Earning Used (Doc ID 2495367.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Taxes

When using an earning code that does not add to gross as a negative amount, it reduces taxable gross for all taxes and refunds taxes for all taxes except for Oregon Transit Tax.

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1. Create Earnings Code that does not add to Gross.

2. Choose an Employee who already has Taxable Gross Wages & taxes withheld for OR Transit Tax.

3. Create paysheet, zero out Regular earnings. Key Only negative amount on Adjusting Taxable Gross Earnings Code.

4. Calculate Paysheet.

5. Confirm Paysheet.

6. Review Paycheck to verify OR Transit wages & tax.
