In Applicant Actions, Send Correspondence Is Not Assigning Variables Correctly When Generic Correspondence Notification Template: HRS_SEND_CRSP_GEN_EML Is Used

Generic Correspondence notification template: HRS_SEND_CRSP_GEN_EML is not assigning variables when send correspondence is used by recruiter.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Recruiting> Search Job Openings Then click search
2. then click on hyper link Administrator, Application IT Support 1425
3. Then for Applicant, click on hyper link drop down "Other Action" , then "Applicant Actions" Drop down list pick "Send Correspondence"
4. Enter your email id in CC, enter something in subject line,Then enter something in Message.
5. Click Preview
6. Preview screen pops-up but entered information did not replace tokens %1,%2, %3 and %4
