EAP: Payment Inquiry error using Keyword Search -- Search Exception: Exception caught while applying ACL filters (262,2018) (Doc ID 2495463.1)

Symptoms

On the Payment Inquiry page, using the Keyword Search.  On the Keyword Search hyperlink > Keyword Search for Payments page, if enter criteria in the Keyword field and click Search, an error occurs.

ERROR
Search Exception: Exception caught while applying ACL filters (262,2018)

STEPS
1. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Review Accounts Payable Info > Payments > Payment
2. Click on Keyword Search hyperlink
3. In the Keyword field, enter "USA0000001"
4. Click Search
5. Above error occurs

6. In the Keyword field, enter USA0000001 without the double quotes
7. Click Search
8. Results are displayed
