Symptoms
Creating a new version of a sourcing event it causes problems with the bid factor weightings.
Error:Total bid factor weight for line 1 does not equal to 100%
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create an event with factor event score into line score and total score and post the event
2. create new version of the event by changing end date and save
3. Error
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new version of the event which is already posted
