Goal
Scenario as below:
Billing Business Unit is with location with state Code Haryana say BU= IN001
Entity IN001 have registration in State Haryana and Karnataka for GSTIN purpose
Configured Organization Code Say IN001 and Multiple state Registration Code So ORG Code IN001 with State Registration HR and KA and different registration number for each state.
Now issue is there is only one location attached to Billing BU hence IN001 will always have ship from location as Haryana Location and they will never be able to raise billing from Karnataka location. What is the logic of have configuration page by state?
