ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Compensation Tab in Job Data Page does not show Rate Code Groups.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as PS/PS
2. Goto Workforceforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data >> Compensation Tab
3. Rate Code Groups is not available.
