ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Create Applicant: Visa Permit page pops up when EmplID has more than 2 rows visa data.
When EmplID has more than 1 row of visa permit data (in Workforce Administration), you get a pop-up to add a visa permit when you want to create an applicant linked to this EmplID.
This shouldn’t be there. Visa data get imported from the Workforce Administration module to Recruitment.
When adding an applicant, no new visa needs to be added.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Personal information > Citizenship > Identification Data
2. Select an employee and make sure that he has two rows in Visa/Permit Data
3. Navigate to Recruiting > Create Applicant and add the above EmplID to Employee ID

Due to this issue, you get a pop-up to add a Visa Permit when you want to create an Applicant linked to this EmplID.
