Symptoms
On : CS 9 or 9.2
When attempting to run the process to load ISIRs, either in batch or on-line, the process errors.
ERROR

On-line error displayed on page: Remote program FAPSARRC failed with reason: (2,-1) DERIVED_ISIRWK5.LOAD_ISIR_PB.FieldChange PCPC:1351 Statement:22
Error in on-line or batch log or trace: reference to CCPSRCHP and ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > ISIR Import > 20XX-20YY Suspense Management (where XX and YY are any available years, e.g. 2018-2019
2. Enter ID , check ID Lock box and radio button Add ISIR
3. click Process ISIR
