Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Billing Interface
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Interface id XXX is not available to run but intfc_bi table does have data for this interface.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If data is pending then user should be able to run it.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto billing - interface transaction - process pending transaction.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run interface XXX.
