Attempting to split an item into multiples and run AR Update.
AR Update failed at the Step AR_PGG_SERV.MNTCNTL.MNTCNT3C with error - "ORA-00001: unique constraint violated"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Accounts Receivable > Customer Accounts > Item Information > Item Split
2. Add Item Lines to split the item
3. Set Worksheet to Batch Standard
4. Save
5. Run AR Update
