E-CLOUD: Unable To Access On-premises PeopleSoft URL From Cloud OCI with the message "You must have cookies enabled in order to sign in to your PeopleSoft application" (Doc ID 2498514.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT:

On this PT 8.56.05 environment, OCI

 

Enabled VPN and Fast Connect   between on-premises and OCI. After that  when trying to access  on-premises PeopleSoft intranet URL from Cloud OCI  they are able  hit the webserver and get the login page but after input the password received the following error



ERROR
------------
You must have cookies enabled in order to sign in to your PeopleSoft application.
Return to Sign In with cookies enabled.If your attempt fails, please contact your System Administrator.

STEPS

Error appears on the login page.

Customer able to hit the webserver and get the login page but after input the password receive error.

Environment

- PT 8.56.05
- OS: Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 2012
- DB: Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition 12.1.0.2
- DB Platform: Red Hat Enterprise 6
