New User Approval Request Email Notification does not show Supplier ID

Symptoms
System sends email notification to the user while submitting the new User account registration. The Supplier ID value is not displayed on New User Account email notification.
Steps to Reproduce Issue
1. Enable workflow for new user account registration
2. Navigate to Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Register New User Accounts
3. Create new user for a supplier
3. Email notification will send to the user.
Supplier ID value is not populated with the value on the email notification
