GP CHE: Swissdec: AVS-Reporrt Includes Wrong Amounts For New Multi Contract During The Actual Year (Doc ID 2499519.1)

Last updated on JUNE 07, 2021

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Switzerland - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The Swissdec AVS report provides multiple lines in the following situation: a person with one contract only in the begin of the year (or of his engagement in the actual year) changes over to a multiple contract employee.
Then the gross salary calculation and reports shall be recalculated over the legal record.
This is the case, all gross salary amounts have been reversed from the first contract and have been recalculated, together with the salary from the new contract, on the legal contract.

In the Swissdec report we now see the salary from the period before the employee changed to multiple contract (which is wrong) and also the salary since the begin of the year (or engagement during the year) which is correct. The total amounts in the end of the XML-File however are correct.
There must be a problem of Record-ID identification in the SQL-statements which calculate the individual lines.

Swissdec reports need to be correct in the end of the year.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Swissdec report.
