“ERROR: Formatted value [000] is too long for field [GVT_CYBER_SEC_CD]. Must be 2.000000”
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Workforce Administration > Job Information > HR Processing Component
2. Click: Validate Edit
3. Receive Error
