Symptoms
Manage Content button does not work when loading SCORM 2004 type Test.
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Enterprise Learning > Maintain Classes > {click add a new Class and enter required information}
3. click Learning Components tab > click on Add Component > {select Learning Component type - Test }
4. Enter Component Name
5. Enter Short Name
6. Select Compliance = SCORM 2004
7. Enter URL Path =
8. click Manage Content button, notice page does not open
