Symptoms

On : 08 version, Managing Environments, PUM environment

When attempting to create PEOPLESOFT FSCM UPDATE 9.2.030 - NATIVE OS image using delivered PUM Fulltier Topology,
the following error occurs.

Puppet (err): Evaluation Error: Error while evaluating a Function Call, Unable to locate archive (tgz) file for COBOL in (file: /u01/app/oracle/product/dpk/puppet/production/modules/pt_setup/manifests/tools_deployment.pp, line: 291, column: 13) on node fs92u030-lnxft-1.peoplesoftsubne.ozpeoplesoftnet.oraclevcn.com
