E- CRM: Accessibility Issues With The Send Notification Page (Doc ID 2499990.1)

Email sent confirmation needs to be announced once the Notification sent.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Analyst Service Center > Search Cases > (retrieve existing case) – select the Send Notification button
2. Tab through the page and compose the notification
3. There is no button to Send the Notification in the logical place (which is after the body of the email)
4. User has to tab to the top of the page in order to get to the Send button
5. After clicking Send there is no message to say the notification was sent.
